Job Description:
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the total operation of the assigned business unit. The position reports directly to the plant manager. This position is responsible for the efficient and safe manufacturing of quality products in a manner that is consistent with company policies and procedures. This includes: providing managers and supervisors with information, materials, and training enabling them to produce the highest quality product possible; monitoring records for attendance; payroll; production, safety, and ergonomics; TQM; monitoring and promoting new ideas and encouraging the development of ideas from Team Members; overseeing the daily operation of their assigned area or responsibility and analyzing non-routine problems and offering recommendations for solutions to the plant manager; insure compliance with USDA, federal and state regulations; maintain entire operation of their assigned area, including but not limited to safety, production yields, quality, Team Member relations, turnover, and absenteeism, discipline, payroll, staffing, and line performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: 5 + years' general knowledge of production techniques, procedures, product yields and quality, and USDA and OSHA regulations; processing management experience required; experience with Manufacturing Excellence techniques is a plus.
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.
Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills; proven positive communications skills dealing with subordinates, peers, supervisors and customers; bilingual skills a plus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
